The National Family Court Watch Project is a research organization. The resources below may be helpful as you navigate family court. The National Family Court Watch Project does not provide legal advice, nor are we attorneys. The best way to protect your family and property is to hire a competent attorney who understands families’ unique issues when separating, dealing with family violence, and child custody. For those who are unable to hire representation check your state self-help site. For example, Michigan’s is https://michiganlegalhelp.org/.
